Had my checkup this morning.
Blood pressure was lower than it usually is when they checked it, but I think having seen my bloodwork ahead of time (online) helped with that, and knowing the doctor probably had no bad news to deliver helped.
And no, she didn't. Official diagnosis was: this seemed weird to you but is probably normal for you, and yes, the stress of last fall could have played a contributory role. She also noted that all my blood counts and metabolic/lipid panels were very good, so there was no reason to suspect anything is wrong with me.
Don't have to go back for six months, and she also felt no need to do bloodwork until next year (she always does annual bloodwork, and if there is anything concerning at all, she does it at six-month intervals. At first, when we were calibrating the dose of the blood pressure meds, she did bloodwork more frequently, I think to make sure she wasn't tanking my potassium or something).
She said she wasn't going to have me get a TV ultrasound at this juncture because "I've ahd them and they're miserable" but did warn me if I had anything that was....not normal period stuff (I know what that is, she didn't have to go into detail), I might have to, but at this juncture she thinks my body just, as I said earlier, did me a bamboozle.
So that's good.
One class today, will come back after lunch for a little work (catching up on a tiny bit of research I let slide these past couple weeks) and then tonight: pizza.
And tomorrow: pick up/pay for my quilt, go to Whitesboro, maybe go to the natural foods store. (I am thinking of hitting Pruett's after I get out of class today for milk and eggs and stuff like that, just so I can avoid big groceries the day before the big game, when they will be miserable.)
But yeah. I am very grateful that this potentially big scary thing turned out to be nothing after all. My rational brain was telling me that the entire time and I wouldn't listen, at least not until I saw the bloodwork and realized that they'd be really wildly off if something was wrong, and they're within the range of normal.
ETA: I guess in this case I opened the Schroedinger's box and the cat popped out and said "I'm ALIVE, a-holes!"

That is good news. I am so glad.
Great way to start out the weekend! Hope you have fun.
And do your grocery shopping Sunday evening. All the junk food may be gone, but the good food should still be there, and the store will be empty besides.
