Don't be alarmed

If there are no new posts from me between now-ish and about the 13th, don't be surprised or alarmed.

My dad's home from the hospital so I'm spending time with them rather than online, so I'm not writing any new posts. My train leaves on the 12th; I should get back home on the 13th, so regular posting will resume then.

(I wrote this on June 1st. The plan at this point is he'll be home on the 4th. I might, if I think of a few more topics, put up a time-embargoed post or two before then, but if I fall silent, nothing is wrong - rather, it means things worked out as I hoped they would).

If you don't hear from me before the 13th, everything is fine. I'll post again then.
