Thank goodness that the Knitty patterns are free and online.

I lost my copy of the Clapotis pattern somewhere (it's probably mixed in with the ecology finals but I really don't feel like, or have the time, to go back and search for it). So I'm happily printing another copy. (And it looks like there may have been a correction to it recently, even better).

And for your reading pleasure: a crocheted version of chaos. (Mathematical chaos, not the Eris kind of chaos. Oddly, this chaos is actually kind of beautiful.)

And, this is probably REALLY my last post before my break, so be happy, be well, enjoy all the good things you can, try to ignore the things about the people around you that annoy you and celebrate the things about them that you love, and hopefully, spend a lot of time doing whatever your heart desires.

For me, that's knitting. I've probably packed waaaaay too much (several sock projects, Clapotis, the Hiawatha shawl, some Regia Crazy 6-ply for gloves, and the pattern for Pasha, as well as taking Kath Dalmeny's toy animal book in case inspiration strikes....)

Peace, love, and joy to you, my wonderful readers. I'll be back in January.
