Tired today. Spent yesterday morning writing exams and yesterday afternoon grading homeworks and final papers for a class. Then had book club. I knit a bit on Clapotis while reading papers (in my office, with the door closed) and a bit while waiting on the (one other) person who showed up for book club (I can't complain, really: we have four members in our club and one just had a baby and the other is due in less than a month to have twins.) Didn't want to get out of bed this morning.

I've hit the "brick wall" part of the semester, where it's a struggle to keep going. I think it's grading-poisoning: too much grading can overload your system (especially when your expectations are higher than reality).
