Well, the eating change may be paying off in one way. There was a blood drive on campus today (blood supplies get critically low in the summer and with car/boat/outdoor accidents, blood is often needed). I went in to give and for the first time in a long time, my blood iron wasn't "marginal" to donate.
so I guess those daily spinach salads are good for something. And all that fortified whole-grain cereal (my current favorite is the new "Trail Mix" version of Grape-Nuts: it's fairly filling and you're not as likely to chip a molar on them as on "old" Grape-Nuts)
