Not much to report. The first full week of the month is always meeting-filled.

I did knit some on my mom's Christmas socks last night - I have begun the heelflap on the second sock. I should switch over this weekend and do the pillow I'm making as a gift for the AAUW gift exchange, though.

I'm resisting the temptation to start a "magic scarf" like the ones people on the knitlist are talking about. And I'm REALLY resisting the temptation to run out to the Hobby Lobby and buy a few skeins of the "tomato red" Kool Wool to make one....
