Remember how I complained about feeling super cold earlier this week, and worrying about diabetes or my thyroid?
And then - I don't know if I mentioned it here, but I did on Twitter - weird random things made me inexplicably sad?
I had also had some lower-abdominal pain, but half the time when I get that, it's that I ate something I should not have.
Well, guess what? Yup, time to reset the time-to-menopause clock *yet again*
Oh well. At least that tells me why I didn't deal well with the chilly office/classroom.
(This is for my own records, so I can check quickly if I need to. Yes, I know, I could write it on a calendar but that's harder to remember and also I throw calendars out at the end of a year)
