I was able to get the lab-conflicting-with-piano-lesson changed (and, lucky for me - changed from the non-majors-bio-lab to the majors-bio-lab - I teach the majors course but not the non-majors one this semester, and, how do I put it politely? The majors also tend to have more at stake and therefore be more engaged)
So I have the Schedule from Heck* on Mondays and Wednesdays, Thursday I have one long lecture plus an afternoon lab, and Tuesday, which is piano-lesson day, I am done at 12:15. Fridays I have two back-to-back lectures in different subjects (which is not fun), but at least I'm done after my second lecture.
I am reserving the right, on non-faculty-meeting Tuesdays, to go home after my class ends at 12:15 and spend the afternoon either running the errands I hate to do on Saturday (because everyone else is doing them and I'd frankly rather be in my office), or practicing piano, or writing upcoming exams, or even just watching some old movie on TCM and drinking a cup of soup.
(*Because really, it's not quite bad enough to be the Schedule from Hell. That would have to involve an 8:00 class, no valid lunch break, and then a class starting after 5 pm. I'm sure there are people who have had that kind of a schedule, but I never have...yet.)
