On the upside...
I did get to drink a REALLY BIG GLASS OF COLD MILK with my carry out barbecue last night and not have to worry about whether or not I'd have enough for breakfast.

I just want to thank you for posting your sweet potato casserole recipe on your blog several years ago. I made it for an office Thanksgiving party today and it got raves. It's delicious and blessedly low in added sugar. Because sweet potatoes are sweet enough as is. (Hence - "sweet" potatoes.) Happy Thanksgiving!
See? The universe heard your dilemma and sent a resolution. (I always wish I knew it was going to do that, so I could save all the angst and hand-wringing and mental swirling I was doing in response to whatever the issue was. *sigh*)
However, I do love it when things work out that way. Glad you were able to get your nice big glass of cold milk. 8-) Phyllis
