Okay, that's weird.

If you look at the blog, you see my earlier post - which the computer told me Blogger "ate" - and my later, reconstructed version.

I think I'm going to leave both, even though they convey basically the same information. An interesting comparison between a first-thing-in-the-morning, gotta-get-to-class dash-off, and the later post after some consideration and with more work.
