This is the fabric I bought yesterday. The colors make me happy, and I probably have some other fabrics that will go with them. Still no thought as to what block I'm going to make (Jacob's Ladder, maybe?) but I have to look at my block-books and think.



And here's another critter I made over break. This is Lucy. Lucy is an okapi. I had wanted a stuffed okapi for a while and even thought of ordering one off of Amazon, then I saw this pattern from Starbeamer Designs and decided to make my own, instead.



Doing the color changes on the face is a little tricky. The legs are just done as a spiral of colors so that's not so hard.
