don't wanna go

I got the exams and papers (well, the ones that had come in; a check of my campus e-mail box says there are five that were sent yesterday afternoon) graded.

I finished my Sunday School lesson for the week and really should go in to work and grade those remaining papers (my logic: why spend my personal paper and ink at home on them, when they're teaching business, and I can use the printer (which is also faster) on campus). Also I need to write an exam and probably do a bit of research work.

I'd rather stay home and embroider, though. I forget how soothing doing embroidery is. I did a bunch more of the "outlining" on the second pillowcase last night; I can see a point where this will be done, soon, and I can start on another one. (I have several of these stockpiled. I think I will do the zinnia one next. But I also have one that's all outline stitch with snowflakes, that might be fun, too. I'll have to think about it).

I also want to work on the current quilt top.

But I think I'll go in and do my work, instead. (Being a grown-up, with grown-up attitudes towards responsibility, stinks sometimes)
