Most of the spam I get is either offering to sell me a college degree (no thanks, I got three of 'em the old fashioned way - I EARRRRRNED them), or do something involving debt (I try to avoid debt so those are a moot point, even if I trusted someone who got into touch with me in a way even shadier than a cold-call from a boiler room), or offering to enlarge or otherwise improve body parts I do not have.

These all, of course, get deleted without a second thought.

But once in a while, I get a spam message with a subject line that makes me go "wha'?" before I delete it.

As they say, nothing good can come of that.
