If you make one of these and give it to someone, are you duty bound to comment, "I've got my eyes on you!" when they open up the gift?

I realize that it's a big big world, and "to each his own" is a good motto, but seriously...the picture of that item being WORN (at the bottom of the page) seriously creeps me out.
