You can see the little window-candles this year because I put them up higher.
(I know to denizens of the North that this doesn't look like much in the way of snow, but I live very nearly on the Texas border and so this is a lot of snow for us. Or at least it is in this part of the climate-cycle.)
I WILL say it's bloody cold here this afternoon. I think it's in the 20s and it's that wet cold that goes right through you. I'm going to take a hot shower and make some peanut soup and some cornbread muffins for dinner.

your house is so cute! I like it. You should see our weather - check out my blog - we had 7" in the central Panhandle of Texas. The sun is out now and shining, and the temp is up to almost 30, from 17 bitter cold degrees this morning... hang in there!
