Yeah, something's affecting me. I can tell because I almost snapped at someone for forgetting a paper (when I forget things on a regular basis these days). And this article made me almost cry.

Ummm...research assistant. And there was the summer I helped run an "enrichment program" in a chemistry-related field. With eight teenaged boys. One of whom was my brother. Oh, and I didn't get paid for it either.

4 movies you could watch over & over

Anything by Miyazake: I have "Spirited Away" and "Kiki's Delivery Service" on tape. I want to see the others but can't find them at any of the rental places here.

Trading Places. (Don't own it on tape; like "Blues Brothers" it's one of those movies I'll happily plop down and watch if I have the serendipitous moment of finding it on tv, but it's not something I'd go out and buy)

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (same situation as above)

Pretty much anything with Cary Grant in it, or with Jimmy Stewart, as long as it's not one of the couple-of-westerns he made later on in life (I just don't like westerns. Can't watch John Wayne, either, other than in The High and the Mighty or The Quiet Man)
