I just received an advertisement (one of those single-page photocopied fliers) from an online software company (who shall remain nameless).

the flier was headed, in about 20-point type:

"Being an Educator Has It's Advantages!"


yeah, like recognizing the distinction between "it's" as a contraction for "it is" and "its" as the possessive form of "it"

they're not going to be getting any of MY business. Way to alienate your target market, dudes. (I wonder how many people in the English department are going to cut the header off and stick it up on their doors as an egregious example of a grammatical error?)
