Do these things go by cycles?
this is the second time in a week I've heard Khachaturian's Adagio from Spartacus on the classical-music station I listen to over the internet.

The first time, I said to myself "ooooh...that music is so familiar....where did I hear it before?" (turns out it was in the movie The Hudsucker Proxy...it's the scene with Norville and Amy out on the balcony where he finally kisses her...)

I loved the piece in the movie and after hearing it on KING, I ordered a CD of it through Amazon. Now it's on again today.

weird.

Didn't get much knitting in last night, had book club. I hope to knit tonight (after a faculty meeting. boo to 3:30 pm Friday meetings, even if it's the only time we can all be in the same room at the same time). I have to do research work this weekend.
Have to. Have to. Have to. Can't even think about parking myself on the sofa and knitting.
