Beautiful-pictures link of the day: University of Wisconsin botanical images server. Lots of pictures, arranged taxonomically or ecologically (there are a series of indexes you click through to get to the image or images you want). They ask that no one "lift" images from their webpages, but they do say it's OK for educators to use them in classroom presentations. I rely heavily on this site for images of plants for my botany/ecology/general biology class powerpoint presentations. here is a sample image.
