Long trip, made longer by freight traffic once we got into Texas, and crowds in the Kroger store.
I could have really done with another week at my mother's but you don't always get what you want. Today, I have to undecorate my tree here and put the Christmas stuff away; tomorrow is Zoom knitting (but also: I should go in and run off the lab for Monday and post some stuff on my BlackBoard pages, and also get my mail).
At least, unlike last year, no mice got in my house while I was gone, so the repairs seem to have taken care of that.
More later, after I've eaten, put stuff away, and showered.
