Abstract is submitted.
I don't know why but it feels like more of a win to get to the EXACT word count allowed than it is to go one or two words under. It's like winning at Tetris or something.
Reminds me of those AmEx ads with Jerry Seinfeld, when one struggled to get the exact dollar amount pumping gas (and failed, but it doesn't matter, because you're paying with the card).
