This pretty much sums up how I feel when I go to the NWS page and see that the next seven days are all going to be 95 degrees or above, with no chance of rain:
(Of course, if I really WERE Rainbow Dash, I could go move some clouds around and FIX the weather.)
I'm so ready for it to be at least a little cooler. And I can't re-start the bee studies; so little is flowering "out in the wild" that it would be wasted time at this point.
(The good news is my research student did come in, and we made some plans, and she's going to do 90% of the stuff - as it should be, as it's her project - I just have to sign off on some things and submit a grants proposal, which she will mostly write and I will help edit. So once my office hours are done, I can go home, throw the laundry in, and grade while it's going.)
