So far today, I have:
done 40 minutes of piano practice
done my hour's workout
evaluated a chapter for a textbook publisher (for pay)
recorded grades
prepped for Monday's lab.
And that was all without having to set my alarm this morning! (I woke up at 10 to 6, without an alarm)
That's enough. That's what I 'needed" to do today (well, I'd like to do more piano practice when I get home). Now I can go and do my grocery shopping and get lunch.
