More changes in how I do my job coming down the pike. I can't really discuss these in public, but this is my main reaction:

Here's a hint: when people are just at the limit of being able to juggle everything and be good at it, telling them to juggle any more will make them NOT be good at it.

You know it's scary when you start wondering what other marketable skills you have other than teaching college. (I love teaching and would miss it if I gave it up, but boy darn, does some of the stuff that comes down from "on high" get to me these days)
