Two other things:
First: Diann, is your address same as it ever was? Either drop me a comment saying "yes" or e-mail me with whatever change (for example, if you use a PO box now). Thanks.
Second: another thing the Brady Street Cheese Sprinkle (that I referred to a couple weeks ago) does well? Mixed with melted butter, it makes an excellent thing to dip cold boiled shrimp in. (Would also probably be good with other seafood, or even lightly steamed cauliflower or some such). I got some raw Gulf (wild-caught) shrimp last week, at some of them hot and boiled, but ate the leftovers last night dunked in the cheese-sprinkle/butter mixture.
(I just boil shrimp the "old" way - the way the Settlement Cook Book suggests - lots of boiling water, a little salt, and maybe a teaspoon or so of pickling spice. I've seen more "recently published" recipes that are more elaborate, but I kind of like doing it the way I do it.)

Yes, address is the same. We have so much stuff that I don't even want to think about moving - ever.
Yum! Cold boiled shrimp...with cocktail sauce that's got lots of lemon juice and horseradish. Dinner fit for a queen on a hot night.
