Thank you for all the birthday wishes.
Unfortunately, this morning I feel OLDER than 39 because (a) I pushed myself extra hard in yesterday's workout and now I'm sore and (b) it's the start of the worst part of allergy season for me. And I don't like to take Claritin unless I'm borderline migraine because it screws with my sleep patterns.
I've decided that either tomorrow afternoon or Saturday I'm going to do something "fun" - probably not anything too big, because I have to work it around "babysitting" my seeds (they go into the incubator at 7 and come out at 3...). And also because gas prices are creeping up here again, and I'm bracing for it to get bad. (Usually we get socked right around spring break, and again around Memorial Day...)

Don't know what time of the day you take your Claritin but you can take it at bedtime if that would help. Some allergists think it's best to take allergy medicine at night because for a lot of people that's the most vulnerable time because of dust mites, etc. There's also a nonn-drowsy Claritin on the market. There is also a generic version available at Wal-Mart. Can't quite remember the name but would probably recognize the package if I saw it. Name starts with an L. It's a fraction of the cost of Clarinex and seems to work as well for me.
Happy Birthday. Sorry I missed you yesterday!
