(That was the best photo I could take; it's back in a closet and the guy had to build up a stand for the new heater so he could set it up with the appropriate emergency drain. It took him FOUR HOURS [including time running back to Lowe's to swap out a part they gave him the wrong size of]. I guess he earned his money today.)

And yes, it makes good hot water.
