But Vaughn Williams' Oboe Concerto in A is playing on KING-fm. And I am glued to my chair.
Vaughn Williams has that effect on me. It also makes me melancholy, but in a good way.

I used to sing a piece that Vaughn Williams wrote to the words of a Dylan Thomas poem for auditions. I found it very calming and centering during those stressful moments.
