Well, I have the Weather Channel's radar on loop here. And I went outside and checked.
I felt compelled to go down and tell the secretary, "According to The Weather Channel, it's snowing just to the west of Lake Texoma! And there are a few little tiny flakes drifting down here!"
I don't know why I suddenly appointed myself Weather Monitor but it's another one of those ways in which I'm not totally grown up. I'm fascinated by the weather and especially winter weather so I feel the need to compulsively check on it and see what's going on - and the really weird part - REPORT what is going on to other people.
I suppose because it's a form of "safe danger" - there's not really any HUGE danger, not like hurricane-grade danger, from a little snow, but it FEELS kind of dangerous.
