2. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? Not for sure - I think somewhere way back in the German Relatives there was an Erica. My mother claims it's after the heath plant (that's the genus name), but I think she was just being funny.

3. WHEN DID YOU LAST CRY? I don't remember for sure but it probably wasn't more than a month ago.

4. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? No. It's hard to read and my hands cramp up when I write.

5. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCHMEAT? Um...I don't really DO lunchmeat.

6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU? Most likely.

7. DO YOU HAVE A JOURNAL? Yes - this blog.

8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Yes.

9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP? No, not considering what I've read about head/neck trauma and it.

10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL? I'm quite fond of Cocoa Krispies, but they don't keep me adequately full at breakfast, so I usually eat granola or Grape Nuts Trail Mix Crunch.

11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF? Only when I have to.

12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? Physically, yes. Emotionally, not so much.

13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR? Blue Bell Cookies and Cream.

14. SHOE SIZE? Anywhere between 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 depending on the shoe. 38 in European-y shoes like Birks.

16. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF? My tendency to take greater responsibility for things than I should, and spend a lot of time feeling "obligated" to take care of things that I'm not really obligated to do.

17. WHO DO YOU MISS THE MOST? Probably my parents.

18. DO YOU WANT EVERYONE TO SEND THIS BACK TO YOU? Good heavens no.

19. WHAT COLOR PANTS, SHIRT AND SHOES ARE YOU WEARING? Chocolate color jeans, brown clogs, and my "There's no such thing as too many books" sweatshirt.

20. LAST THING YOU ATE? A couple pieces of whole wheat toast.

21. WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW? The quiet hum of the fluorescent lights in my office.

22. IF YOU WERE A CRAYON, WHAT COLOR WOULD YOU BE? Probably one of the green shades like a sage green or maybe emerald green.

23. FAVORITE SMELL? Fresh baked bread, the "breakfast-smell" (coffee, bacon, toast) that you get in some diners or coffee shops, The Thymes' "Olive Leaf" fragrance.

24. WHO WAS THE LAST PERSON YOU TALKED TO ON THE PHONE? My secretary. About the break-in.

25. THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE YOU ARE ATTRACTED TO? Physically it's the eyes. Personality wise it's either sense of humor or ability to converse intelligently.

26. DO YOU LIKE THE PERSON you stole THIS from? Yes...that would be Diann.

27. FAVORITE DRINK? Mmmmnnn...either a nice cup of hot White Peony tea, or one of the various Italian Cream Sodas.

28. FAVORITE SPORT? Not a big fan of watching; to do, I like hiking or tennis or swimming.

30. HAT SIZE? 20" if I don't mind it squishing my hair a little bit.

32. FAVORITE FOOD? Good home-baked bread, roast chicken or turkey, chocolate, a REAL peach (one that is eaten within 20 miles of where it was grown), REAL strawberries (ditto).

35. SUMMER OR WINTER? Winter. Snow please.

36. HUGS OR KISSES? Well, I'm a little touch-avoidant, but I guess I will still say hugs. I don't know where your lips have been before they got close to me.

37. FAVORITE DESSERT? Either good homemade coconut cream pie or chocolate cake.

41. WHAT'S ON YOUR MOUSE Pad? It's a round thingy that resembles a Mercury dime. It was a freebee from Mercury Reader, a publishing company my dad used.

42. WHAT DID YOU WATCH LAST NIGHT ON TV? Didn't watch tv- I planned on watching Earl and the Office, but was too busy on damage control re: the broken into building.
