Apparently my netcommander.com email address is hosed (temporarily, they assure me at the Help Central place). So if you sent me an email and I haven't responded...be patient. It was supposed to be back late yesterday but I see that it still isn't as of this morning.

I guess I shouldn't have been too hopeful after the tech-support guy said, "Yah...we're really not too sure what's wrong yet. But it seems like most everybody is affected."
