One of the classes I teach in the fall has an "arranged" lab time. (Which, for practical purposes for me, means I give the students long-ish homeworks that they complete on their own time.)

But it shows up differently in the course schedules. I had one guy come today and ask me "What does it mean that your lab is A-R-R?"

I explained it to him (seriously) but I think from now on, since my lab is listed as ARR, I'm going to tell people it's the Pirate Lab.
