That went well! Attendance was a little bit thin (maybe 20 of 30 that should be there) but of the people that were there, it was generally the most enthusiastic folks.

I'm going to have to do that again - the students seemed to really enjoy the Taste The Domains! bit. I was kinda dramatic about it - had each item covered up with a napkin and did a "reveal" as I was talking about its domain/kingdom.

all the shrimp went, and about half of the chocolate milk and plain yogurt, and about 1/4 the cheese, and 2/3 of the bread. (Almost all the sauerkraut is left though).

So now, I'm enjoying sort of a ploughman's lunch in my office - bread and brie and the leftover sauerkraut (it's not horrible but not as good as my mom's homemade). I don't have a bottle of brown beer to go with it (as would be typical of a ploughman's lunch), but I do have chocolate milk (which I frankly like better).

I don't have an onion, either, but that's okay.

I've got mushrooms left over, and I washed them, so that means I'll need to use them tonight. I will probably swing by the store and pick up a tofu and some fresh ginger and make hot and sour soup. Mmmmm, hot and sour soup...
