Thank you for all the lovely comments on Wilbur. It was tremendously fun making him, and then posing him with the various "accessories." He may have to make future appearances as I make/find new accessories for him, or if I ever take him anywhere particularly photogenic.

(When I was a child, my favorite cartoons were the old Tom and Jerrys - or the old Warner Brothers "Sniffles the Mouse" - where they showed the interior of the mouse's house in the wall, and there were beds made of matchboxes and spools for chairs.)

(And dragonknitter: tardigrades are really truly real. this site has pictures and animations of them, and I've seen one myself. One of the more wonderful and weird things out there in this world.)
