Okay, you know that you're plain - and you're cool with that. You prefer not to let anything distract from your sweetness. Your appeal is understated yet universal. Everyone dig you. And in a pinch, you'll probably get eaten.

What Donut Are You?

I appreciate all the input, both in comments and in e-mails, about the musings on patterns. It seems that the slight majority is in favor of a booklet (or downloadable, if that were possible). I'll have to think on it more - I have two ideas I think are solid, two more that probably would work (and are different from the other two). A few other ideas I had were basically derivations of the others, or were silly enough that I'd not want to really try them. (Although who knows? Maybe someone would think a pair of soil-profile socks would be worth doing.)

If I don't come up with any additional exciting ideas, I might just do my two initial ones (the ones I thought were the neatest) and post them free online somewhere, with the request that if a person used the pattern and they liked it, that they'd drop me an e-mail and also consider giving $5 or something to The Nature Conservancy or another conservation-related group.
