well, the exam is done, the looking-over-the-outline is done, and the prep for tomorrow is done.
And I'm just taking a break to say one thing: I hate making phone calls. HATE it. It's the one thing I really detest about being in charge of a couple of groups. I need to schedule a meeting with the officers of one group next week - so I have to call everybody once (and keep calling the people who aren't home or whose phones are busy) and give them all the times I could possibly be free, and have them tell me all the times they're not free, and then do the logic-puzzle of figuring out a single time when everyone is free (it reminds me of those logic puzzles where you have six people: Adam, Bonnie, Carl, Darlene, and Earl and each one of them has a different kind of pet - a dog, a cat, a lizard, a horse, a goat, and each one lives in a different city, and you have to draw up a big giant grid and interpret some cryptic sentences in order to figure out that Earl owns a lizard and lives in Billings, Montana, and Bonnie owns a cat and lives in San Francisco...) Add to which I just don't LIKE talking on the phone (seriously. When I was a teenager, I was never one of those tie-up-the-single-phone-line sorts. I just don't like talking on the phone.). And it's stressful.
The one good thing - a Very Important Thing that I thought I had to do (and had forgotten) turned out to have been someone else's responsibility, and she took care of it.
AND if I am successful at finding a common time, I will have to clean my house so we can meet there. Ugh. I guess there goes tonight's knitting time...
