Not much else going on. Intermittent coughing fits - the "dome of high pressure" (oh, how I hate you, evil dome) has trapped in every bit of pollen, mold, ground-level ozone, pollution, everything, and it's driving my asthma crazy. Woke up coughing at 3 am. Was awakened by my alarm at 5 am, got up, got dressed to work out, and then decided it was inadvisable considering how much I was coughing. Scratchy throat, light headache - the whole nine yards. Curse you, evil dome. Curse you, Oklahoma late-summer-that-never leaves. (If, in some parts of the country, summer is like the beautiful woman at the party who leaves without saying goodbye, here summer is like the obnoxious, Rob-Schneider-like party guest who thinks he's God's gift to women, runs around with a lampshade on his head, and is still telling some tiresome story that only HE finds funny after all the other guests have left and when the host and hostess are standing there in their pajamas and bathrobes, looking pointedly at their watches and making comments about how early they have to be at work the next day.)
