(as Beast Boy would say). Both Aven and Lydia responded right away about the dinos - they're a free pattern, even! They're at X-treme knitting.

I don't always get a chance to read blogs outside of the ones I regularly frequent, so it's really cool to find that the pattern is not only available, it's free. I really wish I had more time to blog-surf and just see all the cool stuff people are making. I'm always floored by the creativity of other knitters (and also their generosity; I've got a lifetime supply of free patterns just because people like sharing what they did online).

I really like the stegosaurus.

I'm thinking this would be a fun place to use some of the "cool" yarns I see for sale but don't know what to do with. I have a boxful of oddments of Emu DK wool that I bought for toys, but I think I also have a few odd balls of "oh, isn't that cool" yarn that never found a use.
