Well, Toutatis has passed, and we're still here, so I guess that's one good thing that happened today.

Nothing like hearing on the morning radio that an asteroid is coming within a million miles of earth to make you wonder if it really was worth it to get up and work out that morning. (I don't have any particular interest in leaving behind a good-looking corpse, especially considering an asteroid impact would probably incinerate anyone who could care about that sort of thing).
