If you e-mailed me between Dec. 12 and now, I have not read it and cannot read it and cannot respond.

my ($#)&%()#483op&#$(&#)(*&$#)(#&$ mail server decided that my box was "full" (of spam, no doubt) and they dumped everything.

if you still have the email in your outbox, you can always resend it. And if the mail bounced, that's because my box filled up.

the thing that really irks me is that I had some semi-important things in there that are now gone forever.

this is a service I pay $17.95 a month for and I am beginning to wonder why. They TOLD me to use webmail rather than using a mail program like Eudora, in fact the guy wouldn't even give me the set up information back when I had a computer crash and had to reinstall my mail program - just use webmail, he said, it's easier. He never warned me that they have a dinky dinky file space that fills up if you don't check your mail weekly.

and on top of it, the woman this morning was like "you silly woman, why don't you use a mail program like Eudora?" I explained to her, as patiently as I could, that I had been told earlier to use webmail.

grr.
