Congratulations are in order to Dawn and her family; they have been in line for adoption and an expectant mother chose them. (Dawn is being cautiously optomistic; apparently there is some chance that the mother may choose to keep her baby - I know nothing about adoptions so I don't know how common that is). Here's hoping "this woman's work" will have a new addition to the family before the new year!
