thank GOD it's Friday.

I can't believe I made it through this week. It was the death-of-a-thousand papercuts week, the being-pecked-to-death-by-ducks week, the I'm-a-piece-of-cloth-that-is-being-unravelled-slowly-thread-by-thread week.

I am going home tonight, I am going to sit down on the sofa or in my big chair. I am going to put the television on and I am going to knit or quilt.

I am NOT going to answer the phone if it rings.
I am NOT going to do anything for anybody else.
I am NOT coming into my office tomorrow.
