Well, even though I have an intense fear of hypodermics (thanks to a childhood trauma involving an unprepared nurse with a too-large-gauge needle for the penicillin shot she was to give me) I went and got a flu shot today.

yay me.

My arm is kinda sore now, though. I think I deserve an evening at home, knitting. (And of course, the gentle motion of knitting will probably reduce the soreness...the nurse told me that exercise was ok, and even encouraged, because it can prevent stiffness in the arm).
