I WANT TO KNIT!!!

It's one of those weeks-from-the-sulfurous-nether-regions here. Three candidates for a position, two committee meetings, preparing kiddie dinner at church, grading exams, all on top of the busyness that is usually my life.

I want to scream. Everyone seems to need a piece of my time this week. So there aren't any pieces left for me. I got *exactly* *one* *row* done on the Spanish Shawl last night - and that was an attempt to shunt my mind onto a different track so I could sleep.

I've decided to call a halt. Tonight I am not doing any work. Tonight I am going to go home and relax. Weekend? What past weekend? It seems like it was a month away now...
