Weird e-mail alert: This came to my office e-mail box. As I have my home e-mail box on my "e-mail me" link, I'm sure it's not from a blog-reader. But it's pretty darned strange anyway. Here it is:

"Hello,

May I have your permission to send you some information about the ordination of women?

Posso ter seua permissão emviar lhe alguma informação a ordenação femenina?

My only guess is that somewhere, somehow my office e-mail address is linked to the fact that I perform ecological ordinations, which are a statistical analysis technique (and one that has nothing to do with ordination in the religious sense).

Or I suppose it could be because somewhere I have my e-mail address linked to the fact that I am female and Christian.

I don't know. I have to admit I like the multilingual touch though.
