Happy February. This is the month in which a lot of our presidents were born. It is also the month with the most-hated day of the single and unattached: Valentine's Day (actually a very funny site)
It is also, according to Bonne Marie Burns of Chicknits: "American Heart Month, Black History Month, Celebration of Chocolate Month, Berry Fresh in the Sunshine State Month, International Embroidery Month, International Expect Success Month, Library Lovers' Month, National Cherry Month, National Snack Food Month, National Weddings Month, Plant the Seeds of Greatness Month, and Return Shopping Carts to the Supermarket Month"

I am down with celebrating chocolate, loving libraries, snack foods, embroidery, and returning shopping carts.

February is also Black History Month.

All of those are much better than Valentine's day, in my humble opinion.

Oh yeah, I turn 33 on February 27. So it's Fillyjonk's Birthday Month as well.
